eBay UK started in 1999 and I started selling there in 2003. For ten years I was a Top Rated Powerseller, developing a presence on eBay and watching how the platform developed.
I’ve been providing expert consultation since 2007, working with more than 1000 companies and helping them build their businesses, in particular helping them sell more on eBay.
For 7 years I also worked with various local Councils, providing Start up and developing business support, so I understand the pressures and opportunities facing you and can use my experience and knowledge to make bespoke suggestions.
In my spare time I love to wander round antique markets looking for curiosities.
I head up the team who make the changes to your eBay account.
Whether it’s optimising titles so that your products are found and returned in search results, creating and upgrading listings so that your products are showcased to maximum effect or installing and updating templates so that your business is shown off to its professional best, I’m the one who you will be dealing with.
I’ve been with Selling on eBay for my whole working life, and I’m happy to help you grow your business on eBay.
I’m also a mean PS4 gamer!
I’m usually the first point of contact.
It’s my job to ensure a seamless service for all our clients, from making sure you are put through to the correct person to keeping you up to date with any important changes on eBay and within our company.
With a background in Customer Service Management, Project Management, Social Media and Business Administration, I really enjoy talking to both potential and existing clients.
I’m also an amateur eBay seller specialising in vintage clothes – my passion!
